We believe that a diverse business landscape along with a variety of sustainable employment options is a direct way we can impact the quality of life for Portsmouth residents.

We work closely with industry professionals, local businesses, education institutions, and government partners to help you achieve your goals. We strive to advance strategic opportunities, foster growth of our target industries, prepare our residents for opportunities in those industries, and align our minority businesses with as many opportunities to partner with larger organizations as possible.
