Warrant Realty was founded in 2013 by two retired Coast Guard Warrant Officers. When owners Richard Barbee and Michael Stevenson, Jr. were looking for a new location to be home to their growing business, they found the perfect spot in the Churchland area of Portsmouth. The Warrant Realty team is active in both the business and veteran community and focuses on representing current and former military in all aspects of the homebuying process. Warrant Realty was honored as the Hampton Roads Chamber 2020 Portsmouth Small Business of the Year.
