Portsmouth Minority Contractor Expo

The City of Portsmouth is planning a series of Minority Contractor Expos at Bide a Wee Pavilion. These expos are aimed at familiarizing contractors with the upcoming ARPA projects and the City procurement process. The first expo is scheduled for August 10th from 2 pm to 4 pm. The team includes the Department of Engineering and Technical Services, Purchasing Department, Economic Development, and Arcadis. This first Expo is intended to familiarize contractors with the city bid/contracting process and the type of activities associated with potential ARPA projects.
